Care of the Patient is Priority One

A coordinated and quality emergency medical and trauma system is the result of qualified and caring partners sharing a common mission and goal. Patient care is the focus of every agency and individual that makes up the Mile-High RETAC service system.

MHRETAC 2007 to 2009 Goals
  1. Create a solid identity for the MHRETAC
  2. Administer the MHRETAC Ambulance Inspection Grant
  3. Administer the C-DOT Injury Prevention Grant
  4. Apply for 501c3 Status
  5. Conduct Hospital Data Collection, Project and EMS Data Collection, Project as Quality Improvement, Projects through Destination Committee
  6. Integrate with other organizations to assist the medical community in its ability to respond to an all-hazards event
  7. Actively participate in the Statewide Needs Assessment Project
  8. Support standardization among the counties in the multi-county Ambulance Licensing Committee
  9. Serve as an active member of the Trauma Care Preservation Coalition
  10. Chair Radiation Detector Planning Committee
  11. Develop a database of all types of caches and develop a process for accessing these resources
